Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information reasonably necessary for us to perform the agreed services. This may include business information, branding materials, content, technical access, feedback, approvals, or other project-related materials.

Delays in providing required information, access, feedback, or approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree that information supplied to Antonic Digital in connection with a project will be accurate and that you have the right to provide and authorize the use of any materials supplied to us.

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or other issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized information or materials provided by a client.

5. Payments and Billing

Fees for our services are determined according to the specific project or engagement and will be communicated to the client before or during the business relationship.

Clients agree to pay applicable charges according to the payment terms communicated in the relevant proposal, invoice, checkout process, or written agreement.

Payment for services does not guarantee a specific commercial result, conversion rate, revenue increase, search ranking, advertising result, or other business outcome unless such a commitment is expressly agreed in writing.

6. Project Changes and Additional Work

Requests that materially change the agreed project scope may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a separate agreement.

We may communicate any material impact of requested changes before performing additional work.

7. Conversion Optimization and A/B Testing

Our CRO and A/B testing services are intended to help clients evaluate and improve the performance of their websites, landing pages, sales pages, or other digital experiences.

Testing and optimization involve variables that may be outside our control. Accordingly, we do not guarantee that any particular test, design, implementation, or recommendation will produce a specific conversion rate, revenue result, or other commercial outcome.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Antonic Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, internal processes, methodologies, tools, know-how, reusable components, and other intellectual property developed independently of a specific client project.

Rights relating to custom deliverables created for a client may be addressed in the applicable project agreement, proposal, or other written arrangement.

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to us and represent that they have the necessary rights to authorize their use in connection with the services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our work may involve or interact with third-party platforms, hosting providers, software, integrations, analytics tools, testing platforms, payment providers, or other external services.

Antonic Digital does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, security, pricing, policies, or changes made by their respective providers.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website, misuse our services, infringe intellectual property rights, or request that Antonic Digital knowingly participate in unlawful activity.
